Boa's canon Beyblade Burst God is only partially subbed and dubbed so far, so I have translated all his scenes for myself. I don't speak Japanese fluently by any means, but Beyblade is luckily a kid's show so it is relatively easy to translate even for someone of my skill level. I'm very confident in these translations, rare parts where I am uncertain are marked with [?].

EPISODE 17:
Boa collapses during training.
Valt: Are you alright?
Boa: Out of the way.
Valt: But…
Boa: You're someone who lost to Red Eye…
Boa gets up and collapses again.
Valt: Take it easy! Aren’t you already at your limit? Someone help him!
Silver Eye: Leave him.
Silver Eye(to Boa): Stand. If you can’t do it, leave!
Boa gets back up and tries training again, he falls once more and Valt catches him.
Boa: Don’t touch me!

The scene then goes on with Valt and co. talking to Silver Eye, who politely informs them that to be weak is a sin in the Snake Pit and that “to die is to lose”, which is the justification for not allowing Boa to stop training. This leads Rantaro to wonder if Shu died as a result of this kind of training.

Later Boa is in the hallway, exhausted. Red Eye walks past.
Boa: I’ll become the next Masked Blader.
Boa: To be honest… I am frustrated. I still don’t have the power needed to challenge you. I’m jealous of those guys.
Red Eye: To start with, throw those thoughts away. What was the reason you came here in the first place?

EPISODE 18:

Boa comes into the observation room and stands next to Red Eye.
Boa: Please allow me to observe here.
Ashram: Boa. If you make use of what you see here is entirely up to you.
Boa: Yes.

Daina wins his battle, Boa is shocked.
Boa: What’s that? This technique is…
Ashram: Oho.

Cooza is about to begin his battle.
Boa: With that footing, can he pull off a strong shoot?
Red Eye: If he can’t, then he’ll lose.

EPISODE 19:

Valt begins striking back at Azure Eye after things looked back for him.
Boa: Amazing.

Red Eye fights the winners of their battles. Norman remarks that the battle is already decided. Ashram says that this is just a display of power to put an end to their emotions / fighting spirit.
Boa: Red Eye’s a strict person. [He might also refer to Ashram here, it’s a bit ambiguous.]
Ashram: Boa. You should learn from that strictness as well.
Boa: Yes.

The gang is lost in the jungle. Boa appears.
Boa: Allow me to lead you out.
Valt: You are…?
Boa: My name is Boa. I have been told to lead you all to the exit of the jungle.
They walk together.
Boa: You got to fight Red Eye, I’m jealous.
Valt: I’m frustrated because I lost though.
Rantaro: I’m much more frustrated.
Wakiya: Th’ one who’s frustrated is me.
Cooza: As for me, I had quite a bit of fun.
Carl: You won!!
Cooza: I won… against Grey Eye, that is.
Rantaro: I looost!!
Boa: The exit is right ahead.
Valt: Thank you, Boa.
Boa: I will become strong as well. Just like Red Eye.

EPISODE 24:

Red Eye and Boa talk in front of the Snake Pit.
Red Eye: What happened? Answer me, Boa.
Boa: While you weren’t here, Red Eye, two Bladers named Xhaka and Ruway came along.
Red Eye: You’re telling me they defeated everyone?
Boa nods.
Red Eye: Is that so…
Boa: Xhaka had Sieg Excalibur, a totally unexpected bey. If you had been here, Red Eye, you wouldn’t have lost.
Red Eye turns away.
Boa: Red Eye!
Red Eye: I’m going to go and achieve my own objectives. Tell that to Ashram.
Boa: Yes. We’re going to meet again, right? Red Eye!!

EPISODE 27:

Boa escapes the Snake Pit's trials.
Boa: I… survived.
Ashram: Defeating the bladers of the Snake Pit… You’ve made it this far. Welcome. However, this isn’t the end yet.
Boa bursts through the door.
Boa: Ark Bahamut is mine!
Ashram: Red Eye has used bladers. [?] Boa. Catch up to Red Eye. And then surpass him. You are to become the strongest blader.

EPISODE 33:

Red Eye and Ruway are about to fight, when Boa comes in.
Boa: Wait!! I am the one to accept this battle.
Red Eye: Boa.
Boa: Son Ruway, fight against this Ark Bahamut!
Ruway: It’s a bey I’ve ever seen before… Ark Bahamut… Alright then.
Ruway (thought): Ark Bahamut… It has an atomic driver, huh? His launching hand is the left. I’ll bring him down this way! [?]
Both: Go Shoot!
Ruway: What? It’s left spin rotation? Heh, that’s interesting.
Boa: Witness the power of Bahamut!
Ruway: The shape of the layer changed. Fang Attack!
Boa: Ark Bahamut! Final Guard! Find the best attack! [?]
Ruway: The left rotation and the defense of the layer… I couldn’t surpass them. [Here's another segment about Beyblade technical details that I can't understand.]
Boa: This is Ark Bahamut.
Red Eye: You've grown stronger, Boa.
Boa: Sooner or later, Red Eye, I'll be as strong as you.

EPISODE 36:

Boa confronts Red Eye after his loss to Lui.
Boa: I... Ever since you came to the Snake Pit, I admired you. It was in order to catch up with you, to surpass you, that I made it this far. You are... You are definitely the best. That's what I believed. And yet... Red Eye! You disappointed me!!

EPISODE 37:

Boa trains under a bridge. A group of children approach him.
Kid: Hi! Aren’t you Boa Alcacer?
Boa: Yes, that is true.
Kid: Guys!! It’s actually true, he’s the real deal! Boa Alcacer! Amazing, to think that you’d be in such a place. Aren’t you super strong? That’s why you’ve been chosen for the God Bladers Cup! Hey, Boa… do you practice on your own?
Boa: Yeah.
Kid: Then, how about you play with us?
Kid 2: I want to see how strong Bahamut is!
Kid 3: Me, me, I want to go first!
All others: Eeeeh??
Kid 3: Isn’t it alright? Just leave it to me! Hey, Boa, is it alright?
Boa: Understood.

EPISODE 40:

Boa walks in on Norman.
Boa: Do you have a minute? Gold Eye… Have you been degraded to Ashram’s tool?
Norman: What was that?!
[Flashback Start]
Ashram: Boa. Smash Red Eye. Be the one to defeat him.
Boa: Ashram-sama.
Ashram: What is it?
Boa: Am I also just a tool for you so you can hold the strongest bey in your hands?
Ashram: What are you saying? Just go ahead, Boa. Don't let me down.
[Flashback End]
Boa: I won’t become a tool.
Norman: It’s the same for me, Boa. I’m not interested in Ashram’s project. The only thing I am interested in is Red Eye.
Boa smiles.
Norman: What now?
Boa: The one to beat Red Eye will be…
Both: … me.
Boa: I won’t lose against you either.
Norman: That’s my line.

Before the battle with Red Eye.
Boa: I’ve surpassed you. Allow me to prove it to you now. Red Eye! I’ll defeat you!
Red Eye: Boa. I will destroy you.

EPISODE 41:

Red Eye: I'll show you the power of Spriggan Requiem.
On the bleachers, BC Sol as well as Ashram comment on the new Beyblade.
Boa: It's for the sake of this day, for the sake of beating Red Eye, that I've made it this far.
[Flashback]
Boa is in the training room at the Snake Pit.
Red Eye: Get up! If you want to survive in the Snake Pit, you have to become strong.
The rest of the flashback is to scenes from prior episodes.
[Flashback End]
Boa: Whatever bey it is, I'll win! I'll win this challenge!
Red Eye: That's impossible.
The battle starts. The announcer and kids on the bleachers comment on the beys' performance.
Boa: Not yet!
Red Eye: It's futile! Requiem Spin!
Announcer: Spin Finish! 1:0 for Spriggan Requiem!
Rantaro: Shu... That guy has obtained such an unexpectedly powerful bey?
Kid from the bleacher: Boa! Don't give up!
Boa: Those guys...
Announcer: Second Battle!
Boa: I definitely can't let him have the next point. [?] So this time..!!
The battle starts.
Boa: It's just as I expected! Red Eye! I can foresee your movements!

Boa: Your era is coming to an end! Ark Bahamut! Final Crush!
Boa defeats Spriggan with an Over Finish, commented by the announcer.
Boa: Yes!!
Announcer: Ark Bahamut, Over Finish. 1:1!
Everyone on the bleachers has more comments about this.
Ashram: This is very entertaining. Could you be an actual opponent for Spriggan Requiem, Boa?
Norman: Not bad... But Red Eye isn't such a lenient guy.
Kid: Well done, Boa!
Kid 2: You earned this!
Boa: I'll win the third battle as well!
Red Eye: You... I'll destroy you.
Announcer and the audience voice shocked commentary at this threat. Zoro says something about Red Eye being bloodthirsty (?).
Boa: I'll settle this!
The battle starts. Spriggan spins to the left.
Boa: So that's your approach?
Red Eye: Spriggan Requiem!
Boa: I'm the one who will win! Ark Bahamut! Final Guard!
Red Eye: Requiem Slash!
Announcer: Spriggan Requiem, Burst Finish! Winner: Red Eye.
Norman: It will be me who defeats Red Eye after all.
Boa: Red Eye! I'll keep winning until the tournament finale!

EPISODE 43:

Boa loses to Norman, no dialogue occurs.

EPISODE 45:

When his match with Cooza is announced.
Boa: This time, for sure…

When Valt approaches him in front of the training rooms:
Boa: Huh? You are…
Valt: Boa. There’s something I want you to tell me. Hey, in the Snake Pit, you’ve always been together with Shu, right? You know the Shu who I don’t know.
Boa starts leaving.
Valt: What in the world has happened to Shu?
Boa: Well now, I’m–
Valt: If there’s anything you know, please tell me!
Boa: What are you being so nosy for?
Valt: It’s because I’m worried, that’s why! Because Shu is my friend!
Boa: I really do hate you.
Valt: Eh?
Boa: Ever since the very first time we met, I’ve absolutely hated your guts.
[Flashback to Valt asking Boa if he’s okay at the Snake Pit.]
Boa: It’s always about friends, or whatever.. It makes me feel sick! Red Eye really doesn’t think of you the same way at all!
Valt: That isn’t true! Shu is… Shu is my best friend!
Boa: You just keep telling yourself that.

Before the Cooza battle:
Boa: I’m still very far from surpassing Red Eye, huh..? Even for the rest of my life... You haven’t seen any of my true power yet!

After winning the Cooza battle:
Boa: Yesss!!

EPISODE 47:

Norman is defeated by Red Eye.
Boa: What incredible strength… What was I seeing back then?
[Flashback to Shu’s mask breaking and Boa yelling “I am disappointed in you” at him.]
Boa: I am…
Boa gets up and leaves to head out for his battle.

Before the battle.
Kid A: That Aoi Valt… his driver broke before, right?
Kid B: Then he won’t come out..?
Kid C: So it’s Boa’s victory, huh?
The announcer announces both Boa and Valt.
Valt, holding driver up: Ta-dah!!
Boa: And that is…?
Valt: This is the Ultima… ah… what was it? Ultimate…
Zoro, from the bleachers: Ultimate Reboot Driver!!
Valt: That’s what it is! A super strong driver has been born!
Announcer yells about Valt having a new driver.
Valt: Boa! I will defeat you and go on to battle Shu in the finals!
Boa: Can you really do that with this hurriedly constructed driver? Don’t kid yourself! You and Red Eye aren’t going to fight!
Valt: Let’s go, Boa!
Boa: Come at me!
Rantaro and Cooza cheer Valt on. The battle starts.
Valt: Yes! I did it!
Cooza: Success!
Sisco: Hmph, it’s too early to be relieved. This is where the battle starts.
DJ comments, battle happens, Boa uses Final Guard.
Boa: This is my victory!
Valt: Not yet! Valkyrie! Ultimate God Reboot!
Rantaro: There it is!
Cooza: It’s working!
Chris: This is… the Ultimate God Reboot?
Valt misses.
Sisco: It missed?!
Boa: And a guy like you is going on about battling Red Eye…
Honey: Fight!
Shasa: He hasn’t lost speed yet!
Kid A: At this rate… Boa will win! [?]
Valt: Valkyrie! Gooo!!
Boa: Fight, Bahamut! [?]
Valt: Ultimate Bound Attack!
Valt wins with a Burst Finish. Victory talk ensues. Outside, Valt sees Boa hitting Bahamut against the wall and follows him out.

Kid A: Boa… I wonder if he’s okay…?
Boa wants to throw away Bahamut but Valt stops him.
Boa: You…
Valt: Stop it!
Boa: Let go of me!
Valt: I won’t!
Boa: Let go!
Valt: I definitely won’t let go! What are you doing to your bey?!
Boa: As if you could ever understand!!
Valt: I don’t understand! I don’t understand, but…
Boa: Let! Go!
Boa pushes Valt away.
Valt: Boa!
Boa: I’m… I’m already…
Boa raises his hand to throw again.
Valt: STOOOOP!
The sky starts clearing.
Kid A: That’s..?
Bahamut reflects the light brightly.
Valt: Bahamut said it still wants to go on! It says it wants to fight, it says it wants to become stronger together with you, Boa!
Boa: Hmph. That’s bullshit!!
Valt: Believe in your partner!
Boa starts walking away.
Kid A: That battle earlier… it got me super fired up!
Kid B: Yes, it was amazing!!
Kid C: Boa, don’t quit!
Kid D: All of us want to see more of your battles!
Boa turns around tearfully.
Boa: You guys…
Valt: Boa, let’s have a battle again!
Boa: I really do hate you after all.
Valt: Eehhhh?
Boa: That’s why… That’s why… next time, I definitely won’t lose!

EPISODE 48:

Before Valt’s battle:
Boa: Valt, give it your best.

After Valt’s victory:
Valt: Boa! Were you watching me?
Boa: Yeah. I saw you do something amazing. But next time, I’ll be the one to show you something awesome.
Valt: Boa…
Boa: Well then, see you!
Valt: Ah, are you going back to the Snake Pit? Where Ashram is?
Boa: Valt, do you know anything about Ashram at all?
Valt: Huh?
Boa: Ashram’s identity is the owner of New York Bulls. He’s Gilten.
Valt: Gilten? So that guy was the Snake Pit’s boss..?
Boa: Yeah. Ashram seeks the strongest bey.
Valt: The strongest bey?
Boa: I’m talking about Spriggan Requiem.
Valt: Huh?!
Boa: This tournament is held for the sake of perfecting Spriggan Requiem. All of us have been used as nothing but tools.
Valt: Impossible…
Boa: The Snake Pit is also a place that exists for that purpose. That’s why I won’t go back there again. Give it your best in the tournament finale.
Valt: I will.
